In 2002, I founded my first venture, which ultimately failed—a pivotal experience that inspired my doctoral research in Australia. There, I explored how entrepreneurs turn failure into a stepping-stone toward future success.
Today, I merge academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver holistic business consulting. Over the years, in addition to managing my own venture, I have designed business evaluation models and entrepreneurship programs and led a small business support unit at the Sha’ar HaNegev Regional Council.
